Gastroenterology Associates is a physician-owned, physician-led single specialty group headquartered in Greenville, SC. With two brand-new Endo ASCs and one opening in May of 2025, we are looking for CRNAs to support our growth. Gastro Associates is a great fit for CRNA’s who value a work-life balance. We offer 2 full-time employment options: 4 day work week and 5 day work week packages available with sign on and retention bonuses!

Full-Time CRNA 5-Day (Monday-Friday)

Work Week (8-hour days)

Annual Starting Salary = $200,000

· 5 years’ experience – $210,000

· 10 years’ experience – $215,000

· 15 years’ experience – $220,000

· 20+ years’ experience – $225,000

Full-Time CRNA 4-Day (Monday-Thursday)

Work Week (8-hour days)

Annual Starting Salary = $160,000

· 5 years’ experience – $168,000

· 10 years’ experience – $172,000

· 15 years’ experience – $176,000

· 20+ years’ experience – $180,000

Experience Addendum:

Because we value your loyalty with us, 1 year working full-time as an employee with Gastroenterology Associates will count as 1.3 years of experience for every year you complete.

1099 PRN CRNA Per Diem = $1,100 per day (Monday-Thursday)

$1,000 for a half-day on Friday

Full-Time CRNA Sign-on Bonus

CRNA will receive $10,000 with a signed two-year commitment.

Full-Time CRNA Retention Bonus
CRNAs with continuous employment, and in good standing will receive –
• $10,000 Calendar Year Retention Bonus (If employee does not work the full succeeding 12 months, the bonus amount will be paid back to the practice). $8,000 for 4-Day CRNA.

Full-Time CRNA Paid Time Off (PTO)
• 5 Day work week CRNAs are eligible for 5 weeks of PTO annually.
• 4 Day work week CRNAs are eligible for 4 weeks of PTO annually.

Full-Time CRNA CME Meeting Time Off & Allowance
Full-time W-2 CRNAs are eligible for 1 week of CME meeting time annually plus a $3,200 annual meeting allowance.

Full-Time CRNA Paid Holidays
8 PTO days including Good Friday and the day after Thanksgiving.

CRNA Retirement Plan & Benefits Package
• Employer 3% 401k Match
• Employer Discretionary Contribution (historically 4%): 6-year vesting schedule
• Our benefits package includes health, group/vol life, short/long term disability, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA tax-deferred benefits, and a $250 annual uniform allowance. (A detailed benefits summary is available upon request.)
