• 1099 Hourly rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Surgery Center
• Schedule: M-T, 8-hour shifts (some days cases can run longer) – No call or weekends
• Cases: Eyes/Ears only–cataract, cornea, glaucoma, Lasik, pediatric eye and Ear Nose Throat (must be comfortable with pediatrics)
• Credentialing timeframe: up to 30 days
