• Setting: Inpatient
• Cases: General, Obstetrics, trauma, interventional radiology, orthopedic, specialized orthopedic (limb lengthening), pediatric bariatric and adult, ophthalmology, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) under sedation Complex, Level I adult and pediatrics trauma, and high-risk Obstetrics
• Level 1 trauma center, Level 3 NICU
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
