We are seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist for a partnership-track opportunity in a true private practice group.

MCA is a private practice group of 46 physicians and 13 CRNAs based in Des Moines, IA and we are looking for a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to hire for a partnership track position. We cover a wide variety of cases over multiple practice settings, including two hospitals and three surgery centers. We offer very competitive compensation with 8 weeks of vacation, options for additional vacation, plus sick/extra days. Physicians will be sitting own cases 85% and medical supervision of employed CRNAs 15%. Work equality from day 1 with no additional call for new hires. Family friendly group with ability to join cardiac, or pediatric teams. 18 months to partner.
