W2 CRNA Perm position in West-Central NE! Great opportunity for a new grad!

Highlights of this opportunity at Great Plains Health:
• 1 doc and 8 CRNAs make up the anesthesia team
• NEW grads are welcome!
• CRNAs are independent in their practice- You will get to do your own blocks here! If you need a refresher or full training, this facility will train you on the job!
•Rotating schedule with every 9th week off. You can plan your days off a year in advance!
• Weekday call is 1 night a week with post call day off and 1 day a week you stay until 7pm as the late person.
•Standard schedule is 0630- 1500. Weekend call rotation is every 9th weekend. Response time for call is within 30 minutes.
•Types of cases: Cases are varied here. Trauma, OB, joints, endo common, neuro to include spines. You’ll use your skills. Experience preferred but additional training can be provided on site. Approximately 550 births and 3800 surgeries annually.

W-2 258K salary BENEFITS!
• 11 to 12 weeks off annually
• Up to $3,000 per calendar year for CME, Dues and Fees
• $60,000 sign on bonus and $20,000 for relocation AND productivity incentive
• Additional call shifts (if short-handed due to a vacancy or leave) will pay a premium
• Reimbursed up to $3,000 per calendar year for CME’s
