Highlights of this Full-time W-2 Anesthesiologist opportunity:

• 1 MDA and 8 CRNAs make up the anesthesia Care team when fully staffed
• Great schedule!
• Week One: Manage the board, assign rooms, answer questions and take all call
• Week Two: Work your own cases
• Week Three: OFF!
• CRNAs are independent in their practice; MDA’s do NOT medically supervise
• Call: CRNA’s take first call
• You can plan your days off a year in advance- 17 weeks off a year or earn more compensation and work more weeks.
• Open to speaking with doctor completing their Residency

Types of cases: Cases are varied here. Trauma, general, vascular, OB, joints, endo common with a few pacemakers. You’ll use your skills. Experience preferred but additional training can be provided on site. Approximately 550 births; must be okay with epidurals and 3800 surgeries annually. Neurosurgery- but no open hearts.

W2 Salary and Benefits Summary: Unique compensation opportunity!!!!
• Weekly rate is now $13,095 ($2619.00/day). That includes 1:3 backup call. That is gross pay. This is an employed W-2 position.
• Time off is fairly flexible since we calculate by the week. We’d prefer someone wanting anywhere from 8 weeks off up to 12 weeks off but if they want more than that, we would still consider them. The very max we would go would be 17 weeks off for full time benefits. The time off would need to be decided during contract negotiation so we can put it in the contract for their bi-weekly paycheck.
• Earn an additional 5% quality incentive based on their actual annual compensation.

• Backup Call is included in the “base” as 1:3 but if they do more than 1:3 (covering for an emergency or illness, short staffed, etc.), they get compensated additionally which is figured at the end of the year and compensated as a bonus.
• Medical Directorship needed
• Signing bonus
• Relocation bonus
• Student Loan Repayment-if applicable, could offer up to $120,000 with a 4 year forgiveness
• We pay for the malpractice insurance.
• This is an employed position so they are eligible for benefits including health/dental, life, long term disability, 401k with a 4% match, 457b, etc. • We reimburse up to $6,000 per calendar year for dues/fees, CME’s, etc.
