• 1099 Hourly rate + Travel + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: 8’s (3 days – 5 days per week) / No Call; No Weekends
* Could ask for 10’s and 12’s 3 days/week but won’t know until after presentation if Facility can accommodate
• Setting: Medical Center
• Cases: Ortho and spine cases
*Will cover at Valdosta Ortho and Valdosta ENT (this will include Peds cases)
* Must have a few years of experience and be comfortable working independently
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
