Job Description:

– Self-scheduling, 8-hr or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time as W2/hospital-employed or 1099
– Option to practice at a combination of locations
– Option to choose variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
– Opportunities for overtime if desired
– Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
– Care team model, equitable call schedule
– Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
– ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases
– Welcoming new grads and experienced providers
– Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
– These are permanent positions that may require residency within the immediate local area. – Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.
– Not accepting Locums providers
– Open to 1099 candidates

REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED
OH license – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and license – REQUIRED
