Job description:
• Cases: NO transplant, heads, neonates.
• We do everything else to include healthy peds.
• Work schedule: Variable, we have a few different shifts
• Call: Optional. We have a group of CRNA’s who take call and are paid a differential
• Weekend: We have weekend CRNA’s—may be asked to “trade” or work freelance to cover their vacations.
• Overtime: Paid at internal freelance rate
• Holidays: All clinical staff cover holidays, usually one 8-hour shift (unless in the call pool) and one backup 12-hr shift a year. Call CRNA’s usually cover the night.

• Supervision: 100% medical direction. Team model
• Charting method: Epic
• Malpractice Paid? Yes, for W-2
• Does this job provide Salary Income? Yes
• Does this job provide time and 1/2 pay for hours greater than 40 in a week? No. It pays internal freelance rate.
• Weeks Paid Vacation? Varies with longevity
