Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days; Cross-

Case Types: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. No trauma and cardiac.

Avg Monthly Cases: 1,800

Avg Monthly OB Delivery: 325

EMR: Meditech

Care Team Model: 25 CRNAs; 19 MDs

Shifts: Preferred: 5-8s; 24 hour

Call shifts: Weekday beeper 3:30p-7a;
Weekend call: 7a-7a 24 hour (Preferred to take 1 call shift per month)

MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE CALL AND WORK SOME WEEKENDS!!!
