At M2 Anesthesia, we specialize in general anesthesia for pediatric dental patients from toddlers to young adults and an excellent quality of life for our anesthesiologists. 

We have an immediate need for 4-5 day/week Anesthesiologists or Dentist Anesthesiologists to service our dental clients in the Seattle area, including Seattle north to Marysville and Seattle south to Federal Way.

Up to $50,000 in relocation expenses (tax free) and/or sign-on bonuses available for a 2024 start and $20K/year in retention bonuses.

Our patients are healthy, office-based, pediatric dental patients (ASA 0 or 1). Cases have short sedation and recovery times. If you are willing to perform both general anesthesia and oral surgery procedures for patients up to 20 years old – this job is for you! Our dentists start early, which allows most days to wrap up by 1 or 2pm. This gives our anesthesiologists the opportunity to be present at their kids after school activities, make their own doctor appointments, or just enjoy the great outdoors.

M2 offers a lifestyle job at hospital-based compensation.  Pediatric certification is not required. Employment and compensation options include:

Flexible schedules – you pick the number of days and weeks you want to work each year
1099 options – minimum daily rates with incentives for over 6 cases/day
W2 packages – covered malpractice, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, CME/auto allowances, 6 weeks PTO and 7 holidays
Stay close to home – we schedule you at only one office per day, within 60 minutes from your home
Sign-on bonuses, including additional incentives for anesthesiologists with an existing OR or WA license
