At M2 Anesthesia, we specialize in providing general anesthesia for pediatric dental patients, and we prioritize an exceptional quality of life for our Anesthesiologists and Certified-Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)s.

We have an immediate need for a 1.0 CRNA to service our dental clients in the Central WA division.

At M2 Anesthesia, we specialize in providing general anesthesia for pediatric dental patients, and we prioritize an exceptional quality of life for our Anesthesiologists and Certified-Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)s.

Our patients are healthy, office-based, pediatric dental patients (ASA 0 or 1). Cases involve short sedation and recovery times. If you are willing to perform both general anesthesia and oral surgery procedures for patients up to 20 years old – this job is for you! Our dentists start early, allowing most days to wrap up by 1 or 2 pm. This schedule allows our CRNAs to enjoy a fulfilling life outside of work. With most days ending in the early afternoon, you’ll have the freedom to make personal appointments, enjoy the great outdoors, and decide how to spend the rest of your day before evening arrives.

M2 offers a lifestyle position with competitive hospital-based compensation. Pediatric certification is not required.

Employment and compensation options include:

W2/1099 Flexible schedules AND Competitive salaries for candidates willing to work 36-40 hours/week.
W2 – Covered malpractice, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, CME/auto allowances, 6 weeks PTO, and 7 holidays.
Sign-on bonuses and relocation expense reimbursement are open for discussion and negotiation.
Additional incentives are available for Anesthesiologist/CRNA employment and dental office new business referrals.
