Anesthesia group, IES Healthcare, in collaboration with Tucson Medical Center (TMC), a 630 bed acute care medical facility, is actively recruiting full-time and part-time anesthesiologists to become part of an exceptional Anesthesia team. Anesthesia services provide a Care Team model to make for an ideal work/life balance to group members. Active search focus is for General Anesthesia. Subspecialties in Cardiac, OB, and Pediatric Anesthesia services are encouraged to inquire.

Group Highlights:
• W-2 FTE Employment – comprised of 40 hour work weeks (inclusive of call and not to exceed 4 per month).

About the Practice:
• Option to focus only on General Anesthesia and/or subspecialty services with met qualifications. (Calls for each subspecialty are scheduled separately).
• Care Team Model generally with 1:3 or less CRNA Medical Direction. About 60% doing own cases.
• General Anesthesia services include both hands-on & CRNA Medical Direction.
• 33 total anesthetizing locations; OR start times at 7:30 AM.
• Cases include ENT, General, GI, GYN, Neuro, Surgical ONC., Ophth, Oral/Max, Ortho, Plastics, Peds (>9 YO healthy), Uro, and Vascular.
• Opportunity to expand clinical skills with ASA 4/5 cases: high volume orthopedic surgical floor with extensive opportunities for neuraxial anesthesia and all peripheral nerve blocks.
• Call duties include 3 (7P-7A shift)/month) & one (Sat/Sun day or night call shift) every 4-5 weeks. Call shifts are included as part of weekly hours worked, not in addition to. All calls in-house paid hourly, with no back-up call obligations.
