• 1099 Hourly rate + Travel/Lodging + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: 10’s & 12’s
• Setting: Hospital
• Cases: Regionals (blocks), Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Neurology, high volume Gastroenterology, Gynecology, General. No cardiac or Obstetrics. CRNAs and Physicians push meds.
• Must have minimum of 2 years overall experience with Level 1 Trauma Exp
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
