Interventional Pain Physician

Timing & location
– Mon – Thurs 7-6 pm (four day work week)
– Patients scheduled 8 – 5 pm
– Prep/ admin/ note catch up time 7-8 am & 5-6 pm
– 100% clinic w/ C-arm suite

Start date
– After 3/1/25
– Please keep in mind credentialing takes 3+ months, so there will be a 3 month lag between signing the contract, and your start date.

Responsibilities
– New patient evaluations.
– Procedures.
– Minimal administrative duties.
– Supervision of NP/PA. (F/U visits, TPIs, PNS pulls, SCS pulls)

Procedures
– Joint injections
– ESIs
– DMBB/ RFAs
– stellate
– lumbar sympathetic blocks
– hypogastric block
– pump trials
– sprint PNS
– SCS trials
– miscellaneous (botox for migraines, GONB, suprascapular, etc)

– $300,000 salary, + $20,000 performance bonus
– $600/ mo – benefits stipend
– 4 weeks vacation
