Southern Michigan CRNA Locum Tenens Coverage Needed! $215/hr.- (Jan. 29th – ongoing!)

About the opportunity:
*$215/hr – M-F
*4 weeks on, 1 week off
*Call- every 4th night
*All CRNA practice
*Shift: 7a-3p/ Call hours 3p-7a
*Cases: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, OB/GYN, Podiatry.
*Must be proficient in epidurals, spinals, and blocks (need caselogs)
*EMR- Epic
* 3 OR rooms
*Need MI license, ACLS, BLS, PALS
