Our physician owned group is looking to expand!

MD/DO only group with 24hr CRNA support only on L&D. We cover St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick as well as 2 surgery centers. St Peter’s University Hospital is a 478 bed hospital which has been serving the community since 1907.

$100K sign on bonus, 2 yr partnership with 80% productivity for new grads. $50K sign on bonus, 1 yr partnership with 80% productivity for board certified physicians. Salary option for partnership track employees available. Total compensation may range from $500K to over $700K as partner. 6 wks vacation, up to 8 wks as partner. Malpractice covered, CME allowance, subsidized health/dental insurance, retirement contribution from NBAA after 1 year vesting period.

Immediate availability for general or pediatric anesthesiologists. Partnership track and day positions available. Busy OB service, variety of cases including pediatrics, general surgery, gyn, urology, vascular, orthopedics/spine, thoracic, neuro, GI, radiology. No hearts or trauma. OR1 call (which can be taken from home) starting at 4pm and off the next day. Volume of evening cases and on weekends when on call is very reasonable. We emphasize work-life balance. Go-home list makes life more predictable. Amazing work colleagues with great relationships with surgeons and nursing staff. We are a fair and democratic group with 18 partners and 3 non-call physicians.
