• Schedule: 8 Hour shifts + OB Call; 1 Week On/1 Week Off (can discuss details by phone)
• Setting: Hospital
• Cases: ENT, General, GYN/OB, ortho, plastics, podiatry and urology
No cardiac or Neurol
• Model: Care Team Model (3MD/5 CRNA model)
• Credentialing Timeframe: Apx 90 Days
• EMR Epic
