Shifts: M-Th 10 hour days, Fri: 5p – Sat 6:30am, Sat: Off, Sun: 6:30am-6:30am, Mon: Off, Tues – Fri – 10 hour days Or Sat 6:30a – 6:30a Or Fri 5p – 6:30 am/Sun 6:30 – 6:30
Weekend Requirements: YES and On Call Requirements: YES
Start: ASAC
All ages but not very sick pediatrics
It is a mix of physicians and CRNAs. Once the physicians are satisfied with the performance of the CRNA, the CRNA works fairly independently with the physician there as a resource.
The hospital is a Level 2-Level 3 Trauma Center, Hearts, spines, general surgery, occasional head, OB, etc. CRNAs must be comfortable with epidurals
Location- Mason City, IA; Pay- $235/hr, Malpractice, travel and lodging will be covered separately

Weeks needing coverage: 1/6, 1/20, 2/03, 2/10, 2/24, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24 and 3/31 (For the whole weeks)

Requirements:

Mandatory: NBCRNA, BLS, and ACLS
Preferred: Iowa License, local candidates, and Iowa state licensure
