Practice Setting: Hospital with 4 ORs, 2 endo sites, OB
Call Ratio: On average once every 4 weeks for a full-time staff
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 10-12
Trauma Level III
Locum Tenen Physician Required to Supervise CRNAs: Yes, care team model. Solo on call.
Patient Age Demographic: 1 years and older
Number of Operating Rooms: 4
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days

General Surgical Cases ADULT
General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC
Minor Nerve Blocks
IV Regional anesthesia
Plexus anesthesia
Spinal Anesthesia
Epidural Anesthesia
Regional Anesthesia
Obstetrical Cases
Pain Management Procedures: Acute
Insertion of Central Line, Arterial line
Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues: Yes

Submission Requirements

ME State License – REQUIRED (will accept providers needing to obtain state license)
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Must be Board Certified
