Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Details:

Types of cases: OB, GYN, Cysto, Ortho, Podiatry, GI, Eyes, Spine cases to include Microdiscectomies, Laminectomies, Foramintomies, ACDFs; General to include hernias, examinations under anesthesia, debridements, any type of General surgery; Renal/Vascular procedures; ENT; NO Hearts or heads
Number of ORs: 6 and OB
# of Surgeons: up to 6 per day
# of CRNAs daily: between 4 and 6 per day
# of MDAs daily: 1 most weeks and works in staffing
Weekday hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
OB Required: must be able to perform epidurals
Pediatrics: Must be comfortable with newborns
Ortho blocks: not required but would love to have a candidate that can provide all types of orthopedic blocks
Podiatry blocks: not required but would love to have a candidate that can provide podiatry blocks
Charting – EMR Or Paper: Paper
Credentialing timeframe: ASAP

Length of Assignment: Need coverage on the below weeks for now.

December 30th – 31st
January 6th – 10th, 2025
January 13th – 17th, 2025
January 20th – 24th, 2025
February and March dates will be available soon

Requirements:

GA License: Required or IMLC
NBCRNA certification – Required
BLS and ACLS – Required
