Description:
We are actively seeking an CRNA to provide locum tenens support to the facility to address its current staffing needs.
Rarely do spinals or epidurals for their OR cases
No OB, hearts, or peds under 4.
Some GI, EP, IR.
Requirements:
Certified CRNA
IL License Active – Required
BLS Certification – Required
ACLS Certification – Required
Availability per request – Required
Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED TO WORK AT THE FACILITY
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 60-90 days
Requirements: BLS, ACLS
