General Anesthesia – all OBG, vascular, ortho, ortho spine, GS, Plastics, ENT, GI, Cath Lab, Urology, Podiatry) except for CT Su◊ Miscellaneous Information: Physician will need to provide OPPE quality data for any worksites over the last two years. Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation.
◊ What is the minimum length of commitment requirement? Minimum number of shifts required per month? 20 to 21 plus possible weekend call.
● ● ● Will a client review a Candidate if they do not have full time availability? If so, what is the minimum days per month they would expect per provider? We would look at candidates with 10-15 days availability IF we could pair up with another provider to fulfill the remaining days.
◊ Procedures/Cases Required: . General Anesthesia – all OBG, vascular, ortho, ortho spine, GS, Plastics, ENT, GI, Cath Lab, Urology, Podiatry) except for CT Surgery – we have NO Neuro Surgery.
◊ Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): BLS, ACLS required.
◊ Board Certified Required: BC or BE if within 5 years of completing residency – no exceptions. BLS, ACLS required.
