FLEXIBLE SHIFT WORK FOR PHYSICIANS with AGRESSIVE compensation. 4 day work week or one week on/ one week off; equating to 14 shifts a month. Any shifts over will be paid at premium. Maximum income listed includes total compensation.

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nocturnist Anesthesiologist to join our team at RWJ University Hospital in New Brunswick, Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, and Jersey City Medical Center. As a Nocturnist Anesthesiologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality anesthesia care during nighttime hours, ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Qualifications:
1. Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
2. Board Certification in Anesthesiology.
3. State of New Jersey Medical License or eligibility for licensure.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
