• 1099 Hourly rate + Travel & Lodging + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: M-F, 8’s & 10’s available
• Setting: LEVEL III Trauma
• 4-6 ORs running
• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio – 100% MD- will run own cases
• Cases: General, Urology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, mainly Orthopedics. No Hearts or Neurology.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Temps
• EMR: EPIC

*Oregon license strongly preferred
