A private practice orthopedic anesthesia group looking for a highly competent and efficient anesthesiologist proficient in regional anesthesia. We are looking for a sociable and team oriented individual who works well in a fast paced and demanding atmosphere. The practice is contracted with the premier orthopedic surgery group, Reno Orthopedic Clinic, in northern Nevada, and operates solely out of their new state of the art surgery center which opened in March 2021. Due to the success of the new surgery center, and recruitment of several new surgeons, the orthopedic group is expanding their services from 5 operating rooms to 7 operating rooms by the spring of 2025. Therefore, we are in need of expanding to meet this new demand in work. Schedules are Monday through Friday, with no weekend or call responsibilities, and cases include the entire spectrum of orthopedics including sports medicine, joint replacement, hand and upper extremity, foot and ankle, trauma, and spine surgeries. The group consists of an all MD board-certified practice, with no mid-level or supervising roles, and remains one of the only private practices in the region. The group culture cultivates patient oriented clinical excellence with an expectation of accountability to self and the group.
