Looking for a partnership or non-partnership track anesthesiologist who is willing to work in a well-established private practice hospital located in Columbia, Missouri. Columbia is a quintessential college town with the flagship University “Go Tigers,” two private colleges, excellent public schools, and plenty of entertainment year-round. From the annual Roots N Blues Festival, True/False Film Festival, and The District Summer Concert Series; to hiking, mountain biking, and spelunking at Rock Bridge State Park; to the twice weekly Columbia Farmer’s Market (recently voted one of the best farmer’s markets in the nation) there is something for everyone.

MAAC is a private anesthesia group with 8 physicians and 32 CRNAs who have a wonderful working relationship and socialize together in and out of the work setting. Our group has a team approach model with medical supervision of CRNAs. MAAC is looking for partner or non-partnership track anesthesiologists. Full-time and part-time positions available. We provide the full gamut of anesthesia services from cardiac/thoracic, vascular, neuro, healthy peds (ENT/dental), Ortho/spine, general, urology, GYN, 2 Davinci Robot rooms, OB, and GI. Partner Position Snapshot:

Partner Base Salary $550,000 (2 years to partner)
– Year 1 – $500,000
– Year 2 – $525,000
Shareholder Partner Salary – discuss upon interview
10% – 401k employer match / Profit Sharing – Contributed by group each year!

CME – 5K per year
