Physician Anesthesiologist position – 2 on/2 off position, vascular and CL cases, East Valley of Phoenix!

Job Description:
Guide Anesthesia is seeking a skilled and experienced Anesthesiologist to join our team. This position offers a flexibility and excellent work-life balance, allowing you to pursue your professional passion while enjoying significant time off for personal pursuits and family time. We will run 2 rooms each day and rotate call services, with light call back.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesiology services for vascular and Cath Lab cases.
Participate in a light to moderate call schedule.
Manage patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

What We Offer:
Compensation for Anesthesia Services as a 1099 contractor:
*Before 5pm, $280/hour
*After 5pm, $295/hour
Compensation for On-Call Services:
*Weeknight call $700
*Weekend call $1500
Compensation breakdown:
*Compensation from call fees: $57,250.
*Compensation from on-site anesthesia time: $317,945.83.
*TOTAL Compensation: 26 weeks per year: $375,195.83
• Assumes approximately 10 hours per day of on-site anesthesia time (not anesthesia billable time) and approximately 3 hours per call shift per weekday and 6-8 hours of cases per weekend call shift.
