• Cases: General, Thoracic, Major Vascular, Neuro: Sometimes, Trauma, Outpatient Surgery: Sometimes, PreOp: YES, Orthopedics: YES, Spinal Anesthesia Blocks (preferred/nice to have; but not required).
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
