• 1099 Hourly rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hour weeks; No call or weekends required
• Setting: Hospital
• Cases: 90% Ortho (blocks), 10% General; CRNAs need to be able to do ultra sound guided blocks and neuro–high level of autonomy for CRNAs
(EMR): Medhost
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
