• 1099 Hourly rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: M-F 8’s, no call and no weekend (they want full time providers but I can ask the Client rep if they would consider part time if you can offer 3 shifts/week or 2 full time weeks for 2 on/2 off)
• Type of Cases: general, endoscopy, plastics, orthopedic, urology, light pediatrics (healthy, none under 2 years old) **Excellent work environment, outstanding anesthesia team, new facility, cooperative OR admin, bread and butter position, good mix of cases**
• Credentialing: up to 90 days
