About the opportunity:
• Salary dependent on experience, compensation estimated up to $200K for a new grad.
• W2 position with some extra shifts available for extra compensation, if desired. The practice provides a good work-life balance and respects the time given to them.
• Production, performance, and pager incentives may add 15-20% above base.
• Comprehensive benefits package includes insurance, 401K, CME allowances and malpractice coverage.
• PTO based on experience and length of service: 5/6/7 weeks.
• Anesthesia Care Model: Autonomy – CRNA’s run rooms – MDA’s run Preop and Blocks. Physicians are there for support. Are NOT constantly looking over your shoulder; known for having great collaboration on their anesthesia team. No AAs in practice.

Types of cases:
Cases vary but expect to be able to work a wide variety of cases and anesthesia techniques including trauma, and spinals. NO OB. Spinals and regionals are common skillsets employed. Autonomy, looking for well-rounded CRNAs.
