Perform cases with oversight

-Hospital employed; join a group of 7 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs covering one medical center and 16 anesthesiology locations
-Perform anesthesiology services along oversight of 3-4 well-established and experienced CRNAs performing their own cases
-First call every 7th night (CRNAs) and Second call every 7th night (Anesthesiologists)
-EPIC
-BE/BC Anesthesiology and Texas license upon start date

– Always: Major vascular, Regional, GS and Ortho Sometimes: Chronic pain, Cardiac, Thoracic, Peds, Trauma, Neuro, Outpatient procedures. Rarely: Critical care. Never: Obstetrics(CRNAs do all OB), Acute pain and office based procedures
– Main OR 6000-7000 cases annually and the surgery center 11,000 GI cases and 2500 OR procedures each year
-400+ bed medical center with a Level III trauma center, 22 MICU, 22 SICU, main OR 9 rooms
