• Pediatric CRNA licensed in GA (comfortable with Peds required)
• Week of 6/24
• Week of 7/15
• Week of 7/22
• All of AUGUST beg 8/5
– Is it M-F At least M-TR but with our back log are open to Fridays until we get caught up
-shifts open to receiving- 4×10, 5x8s, 3x12s we currently work M-TR 9hrs, Friday 4hrs
-Is there weekend Shifts: NO
-standard start & finish times: 730 -330/430 M-TR, 730 – 1130 Fridays when available
-Do you have Call- NO
-Case mix- Pediatrics Is this for ENT Peds dept? will they be seeing neo? Do they see head/heart/burns?) 50/50? No neo, bread and butter ENT, so we do work ear, nose and throat but not heart/burns
-Case volume- 8-14 cases per day, 3-5 fridays
-Support model: We have 2 (currently hiring another) RN; 3 LPNS; 2 scrubs, 2 patient techs
-EMR- Vision by Source Medical
