Ongoing Need

• The Anesthesia Department is composed of approximately 30 anesthesiologists, 70 CRNAs, and 40 Anesthesia Techs.
• We practice in a care team model (medical direction) in a collegial atmosphere that allows us to effectively care for our patients in 25 subspecialties, including General, Ortho, Neuro, EP, Vascular, Thoracic, Cardiac (open heart), Bariatrics, Endoscopy, OB, Ophthalmology, and limited Pediatrics.
• We do not deploy locums to open heart cases.
• Primary need is for 40-hours/week. Minimum of 2 years’ experience required.
• Responsibilities include, obtaining and/or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Requirements: current license as a registered nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia, certified or recertified by the National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
