We are a CRNA-led group expanding opportunities for independent CRNA anesthesia practice in the Puget Sound region.

Since 2013, Advanced Anesthesia Services has led the way for independent CRNA practice in Western Washington. We have current openings in the Seattle, Bellevue, and Olympia areas. We are expanding and looking for skilled, independent-minded, patient-centered professionals wanting to grow and expand their practice with us. Our team currently delivers anesthesia in a variety of settings ambulatory settings.

As outpatient providers, we work Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, or holidays and typically end between 3-5 pm. Achieve work-life balance while expanding your skills as an independent CRNA.

Advanced Anesthesia Services provides full-service anesthesia in all outpatient settings throughout the Puget Sound region. Our patient, surgeon, and facility satisfaction and focus on safety are second to none. We provide the best anesthesia for some of the top ASCs in the region. Our partners include Proliance, Optum, WWMG, and more. We’d love to have you on-site to see the quality of our providers and our facilities. Our group is growing quickly, limited only by the number of qualified providers we can bring on board. As such, our pay and benefits are highly competitive with a schedule and practice that are hard to beat. This isn’t corporate anesthesia. We are a small, family-owned company dedicated to our staff and passionate about our vision; to expand independent CRNA practice in the Puget Sound region. We believe that by caring about our team and supporting all of our team members, they will, in turn, provide that same level of care to our patients and facilities.

Do you qualify? We prefer 2-3 years experience but if you have less experience and have been exposed to independent practice either in clinical rotations during residency or, in a previous position, we want to talk to you. Independent practice is highly rewarding and requires confidence and the flexibility to learn new techniques and practice styles. If you have less experience but are motivated to work independently, please call. You may still be a good fit to join our team.

W-2 package includes:
Competitive salary: starting at $140/ hour plus profit sharing and the opportunity for further bonuses if chosen as a site leader. 1099 positions at higher hourly rates with guaranteed hours are available.
Shift incentives and overtime available
Not shift work, you go home when your cases are finished.
No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
Sign-on bonus ($20k for one-year commitment)
