Norther Indiana CRNA Locum Tenens Coverage Needed! $215/hr, close to Michigan.

About the opportunity:
• $215/hr
• 2 weeks on, 1 week off
• MDs onsite but little to no supervision
• Call every other night and the weekend between the two weeks for OR only.
• Types of cases: Endo, OB, PEDS, URO, Trauma, Ophthalmology, General, GYN, and Ortho
• Need to be proficient in Epidurals, Spinals, and Blocks- Case logs required
• Shift: 6:30a-3p/ Call hours 3p-6:30a
• Dates needed: Jan. 8th – Ongoing
• Vaccination required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
Our agency will provide malpractice insurance, with ProAssurance as our carrier. Limits will meet State and facility requirements.
