Case types: OR: General surgery vascular surgery, neurosurgery (brain and spine), orthopedic surgery, urology, gynecology, ENT, burn surgery

Non-OR: Electrophysiology lab, cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, endoscopy
*No open hearts, OB or pediatrics under age 13
