Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
Types of Cases: Multi-specialty Ambulatory surgery center with Orthopedics, Podiatry, Gynecology, Dental, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Endoscopy, Pain, Hand, and Ear, Nose, and Throat
Credentialing Timeframe: approximately 60 days
Requirements: Board certification
