Temp/Expedited Privileges: Yes, 90 days (CLEAN FILES ONLY)
Types of Cases: General, OB/GYN, Outpatient, Neuro, Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, GI, Robotics, Pedi, Urology, Vascular and Thoracic Surgery, and Cardiac. NO Trauma Majority Case Average Monthly Case: 2500
Required Procedures: Spinals, Epidurals Life Support Requirements: ACLS, PALS Shift Days: Monday – Friday, Five shifts per week preferred. (Will Consider: Four 10-Hour Shifts per Week (Monday – Friday) (Site picks the Days; Needs to be Flexible) (7 AM – 5:30 PM)
Shift Times: 8 hour shifts (will consider 10 hours) Minimum Number of shifts per month: 20, every week, Monday thru Friday (No exceptions)
