Schedule: 6:30a – 3p, 6:30a – 5p, 6:30a- 7p
Job Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient
Types of Cases: CV-preferred, Neuro-preferred, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, General, offsite anesthesia, No OB, No PED
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Must Be Board Certified
