Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a CRNA for a full-time opportunity to join our outstanding practice at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital

Highlights of this opportunity:
-Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 14 Physicians and 14 CRNA’s.
-9 state-of-the-art OR’s with annual case numbers approximately 11,000 surgeries
-Case Mix: General, Bariatric, Electrophysiology, Urology, Robotics, OB, Ortho, Spine
-No Open Heart and No Peds
-Flexible scheduling, offering schedules based on your lifestyle needs – 3,4,5 day work weeks
-Family environment that focus on your development and quality of life
-Beeper call from Home 1 weekend a month and Approximately 2-4 weekday beeper calls a month
Excellent pay – 8-9 weeks PTO
