Schedule:Mon – Fri and occasional Saturday – all day shifts. 7a-3/5 p, No call
Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
Types of cases: Urology (Lithotripsy, MRI fusion guided biopsy, BPH laser therapy, Cysto/Uteroscopy
Credentialing time: 2-3 weeks
Requirements: ACLS, BLS, DEA and CSR. Board Certified Required, minimum 2 weeks a month
