• 1099 Hourly rate + Travel/Lodging + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: General Surgery, Gastrointestinal, Lab Colonoscopy, Obstetrics, Trauma, Heads, Spine, Orthopedics, Plastics, Bariatrics
• Setting: Level I Trauma Facility
• Cases: All Cases – Except No: Hearts, OB, and complex vascular like AAAs, Thoracic, and Liver/Lung/Heart transplants.
• Care team Supervision. 4:1 or 3:1 Physicians mostly supervising
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
• EMR Cerner
