Arlington Anesthesia Partners is a private anesthesia group at Atrium Medical Center (AMC) and Southwest Ohio Surgery Center, in Dayton, Ohio.

We are looking for full-time, part-time or contingent anesthesiologists for Atrium Medical Center and Southwest Ohio Surgery Center. Atrium Medical Center is newly built facility between Dayton and Cincinnati. Drive time is 20 minutes from Mason and about 15 minutes from Springboro. Call is from home with post call days guaranteed off.

Base compensation: $600,000
Health, dental and vision: 75% of premiums paid by employer
401k: Annual IRS allowable employer contribution: $46,500 in 2025
Vacation: 10 weeks.
Cardiac Stipend for cardiac anesthesiologists
