Macatawa Anesthesia, an independent anesthesia group at a mid size, independent community hospital seeking FT cRNA. New grads and experienced providers welcome. Mostly supervision with rare medical direction for insurance reasons only.

Exclusive, stable contract for over 30 years. One hospital and one surgery center approx 5 miles apart (same system). Bread and butter with ortho / spine / general / gyn / ENT (healthy peds) / endo / eyes / podiatry / MRI / TEE / ECT. No hearts / thoracic / vascular and rare heads. Collegial, professional group.

Salaried position (targeted to AANA regional data); OT extra pay. cRNAs take stipended backup call with rare call in and first out the next day. Call / holidays / weekends evenly divided from day one. 7 weeks PTO.
