• 1099 Hourly rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
(all inclusive rate)
• Schedule: M-F 8’s days, schedule may vary – No call, No weekends
• Cases: general surgery adult, general surgery pediatric, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, regional anesthesia, ventilation management, local infiltration, spinal only for total knees. Usually have cataracts and colonoscopies, EGDs along with procedures, carpal tunnel, etc.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• Active Georgia license and Board Certification
