-Location: One Hour from Milwaukee – Multiple Sites
-Schedule: 40 hours a week, Shift times M-F 6:30 start
-Start date: May 27th
-Job Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient Hospitals; GI Center, and Surgery Center
-Cases: Wide Variety – Ortho, Endo, Heart & Vascular (DOES NOT NEED EXPERIENCE IN CARDIAC AND VASCULAR TO BE CONSIDERED), Neuro, electrophysiology lab, pediatric sedation, MRI, interventional radiology, neuroradiology, gastroenterology, cardiology, electroconvulsive therapy, obstetrics, as well as the various ORs
-Charting System: EPIC
-Is there MD Supervision? Yes
-Licensure: WI; Willing to License; Will accept IMLC
-Credentialing: 6-8 weeks; possibly sooner
-Travel, lodging, rental car or mileage reimbursement and Medical Malpractice Included
