• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8’s or 10’s – Minimum of 2 shifts/week
• Setting: Inpatient & outpatient
• Setting: CV, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, General, offsite anesthesia, No OB, No PED
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
