• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10’s or 12’s
• Start as soon as credentialed – ongoing
• Level I Trauma Center
• Setting: spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, obstetrical cases, and neurosurgical cases.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Apx 4 months
• EMR EPIC
